Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed on our website. We operate as a wholesale supplier selling bulk goods for business resale.
All products are manufactured and shipped directly from original factories located in China.
We ship goods to most regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, South America, Australia, the Middle East, Russia, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

Remote island territories are restricted sales areas and are not eligible for shipment.
If your delivery address is located on any remote island region, you must contact us by email before making payment to confirm whether we can deliver to your location.

1. Order Processing & MOQ

All products shown on our website have Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) stated on each individual product page. Orders below listed MOQ will not be accepted.
After your order payment is fully confirmed, normally we need 1‑3 business days to process your order. In very rare special cases, individual orders may take 5‑9 business days for processing. We will contact you promptly if this situation occurs. You may also reach out to us before payment confirmation to confirm the expected processing time for your specific order.
Sample orders follow separate shorter processing timelines stated on sample quotation.

2. Shipping Method & Transit Time

Shipment will be sent via international freight forwarder. After goods depart China warehouse, normally transit time is 5‑10 working days.
Delivery timeline is estimated only and is not guaranteed. Delays may arise from changes in US or EU customs policies after shipment departs, peak shopping periods such as Black Friday or pre‑Christmas season, which lead to heavy workload and parcel backlog at destination customs and local logistics providers. We cannot control such delays once goods have left our warehouse, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Other possible delays: customs inspection, customs hold, carrier sorting congestion, weather disruption, labor strike and other force majeure events. We are not liable for any delay caused by these external events.

3. Shipping Cost & Import Duties

Shipping cost is calculated separately, quoted to buyer during wholesale quotation, based on total gross weight, total volume, delivery destination and freight market price at time of order.
Buyer is fully responsible for all applicable import customs duties, import taxes, customs brokerage fees, entry fees and any related charges assessed by local customs authorities of destination country. Buyer shall bear all costs if customs detention occurs.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility

Buyer must provide accurate, complete and valid shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non‑delivery, misdelivery or additional freight charges caused by wrong, incomplete or outdated address information provided by buyer. Address modification after shipment departure may incur extra handling fees.

5. Damaged, Lost or Shortage Claims

If parcel arrives damaged, lost, or there is quantity shortage, buyer must notify us in writing via email within seven (7) calendar days after delivery date, and provide photo/video evidence including outer carton, packaging and product condition.
Claims submitted after this 7‑day window will be denied.
We will assist buyer to submit claim to freight forwarder or carrier, but final claim approval and compensation amount is subject to the logistics provider’s ruling. We cannot guarantee full compensation for lost or damaged parcels.

6. Delivery Risk

Risk of loss, damage or destruction of goods transfers to Buyer at the moment goods leave our China warehouse and are handed over to freight forwarder. Title of goods transfers upon full payment received by Seller.
