1. Wholesale Business & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
This website is exclusively for B2B wholesale purchasing, primarily targeting small business owners who operate physical retail shops. Buyers purchase our goods to resell them in offline brick‑and‑mortar retail stores.
All products have Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) listed on each product page. Seller reserves the right to reject any order that fails to meet the MOQ requirement.
Most unit prices listed on our website are lower than pricing you see on third‑party retail platforms. There are two main reasons: we source goods directly from original factories, and most items carry MOQ requirements.
Payment model note for MOQ orders: Unlike traditional B2B trade with deposit + balance payment terms, our standard MOQ wholesale orders require full prepayment in one lump sum before shipment. Goods will be shipped only after full payment is received. Custom orders may require production scheduling separately, and custom orders also require full prepayment.
Order threshold rule:
Orders under 100 KG AND less than 1000 USD support online payment, and will be shipped by air freight by default.
For heavier orders or orders with higher value, please contact our customer service BEFORE placing order. Such large orders may require different payment terms: deposit plus balance payment settled via wire transfer / electronic bank transfer. The high payment processing fees for large transactions would otherwise erode our thin profit margin, such as full container orders with low profit. Traditional trade wire transfer terms apply for these large bulk orders. Thank you for understanding.
All website listed prices are wholesale reference quotations only. Final binding price will be confirmed in formal proforma invoice before production starts. Prices are subject to change without prior notice before order deposit or full payment confirmation.
Sample orders are available for buyer quality evaluation. Sample pricing, sample MOQ and sample shipping terms are separately defined in sample quotation. Samples are sold for evaluation only and not for mass resale.
